Deposit is not requested at the time of booking. Full payment must be settled no later than one day before the free cancellation period (7 days before arrival date) |
Amendments and cancellations: |
Reservations can be canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges and receive a full refund on the deposit taken. 6 - 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the amount on the canceled period is refunded to the customer 3 or less days prior to arrival, no show or early departure: the full amount is kept by the hotel. |

In case of stay interruption due to new COVID-19 restrictions applied - the hotel will keep the amounts paid for services used. Amounts on services requested but not used will be refunded or credited to a future stay (24-month valid voucher).
