Payment policy:

Deposit is not requested at the time of booking.

Full payment must be settled no later than one day before the free cancellation period (7 days before arrival date)

Amendments and cancellations:

Reservations can be canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges and receive a full refund on the deposit taken.

6 - 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the amount on the canceled period is refunded to the customer

3 or less days prior to arrival, no show or early departure: the full amount is kept by the hotel.

In case of (+) PCR - results of PCR test required for full refund;(+) PCR:

In case of stay interruption due to new COVID-19 restrictions applied - the hotel will keep the amounts paid for services used. Amounts on services requested but not used will be refunded or credited to a future stay (24-month valid voucher).
