Cancellation policy
- Reservations can be canceled up to 3 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges and receive a full refund of the deposit taken.
- 3 or less days prior to arrival, no show or early departure: the full amount is retained by the hotel.
In case of (+) PCR - results of PCR test required for full refund:
- In case of (+) PCR test results (copy of PCR test is required) or Force Majeure (closure of borders, resort or quarantine) - full refund of the prepaid amount;
- In case of stay interruption due to Force Majeure, the hotel will keep the amounts paid for the services and accommodation. Amounts on services requested but not used will be refunded or credited to a future stay or exchanged for a 24-month valid voucher.
