The renovated Rila Hotel is the new face of the first mountain resort in the Balkans – Borovets. Built in the 1980s by the French and modelled upon the modern alpine resort “Les Arcs”, the hotel is located in the heart of the resort and at the very bottom of the ski runs as a true “ski-in/ski-out” hotel. The four-star property and has 426 rooms, 19 apartments and 8 maisonettes.

The hotel has been fully renovated between 2016 and 2019. The guest rooms have a brand new, modern alpine design. There are two types of rooms - spacious SUPERIOR rooms and apartments, and SIGNATURE rooms and apartments.

The view from the Rila is trully breathtaking and reveals mesmerizing panoramas of the snow-covered slopes and the eternal pine forest. The hotel is open all year round and has a modern conference Center for all kinds of corporate events and special private occasions, as well as a cozy SPA enter for proper relaxation in the fresh mountain air.

A variety of first-class dining and entertainment - restaurants "Samokovi", "Seasons" and "Les Arcs", "The Terrace Lounge", night club "After Eleven", lobby bar "Champions Bar & Diner" and Pool Bar " Fresh" offer top quality for every taste in every season.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparing food items based on pre-approved recipes, technologies and quantities under the guidance of the Chef;
  • Setting and dressing buffet tables;
  • Maintaining sanitation standards and hygiene requirements in the food preparation process and following guidelines for proper storage of ingredients and products, semi-finished goods and food production;
  • Participating in procedures and trainings required by the НАССР, currently in place;

What we look for:

  • Education: secondary level;
  • Professional background: previous experience in similar positions is recommended, treated with priority/;
  • Language skills /communication/: Bulgarian, English language – spoken;
  • High degree of responsibility, initiative and team working skills;
