RULES OF THE GAME
This game “Share your photo” (referred to as “The Game”) is organized by “Rila Borovets” AD EIC: 832048438 /Organizer/ in the period 16.04.24 to 26.04.24 incl. All rules as mentioned below are obligatory and binding for the participants to the Game. By taking any of the actions aimed at participating to the Game, stated in the present rules, the participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accept them unconditionally.
The right to participate to the Game comes to anyone who made a reservation for the hotel Rila Borovets for the winter season 2023-24 (1 Dec 2023 – 3 April 2024 incl.).
- To participate to the Game you need to post your photo made during your stay in the Rila hotel, Borovets last winter season (between December 1st 2023 and April 3th 2024).
- The participant needs to mention the Rila hotel, Borovets (@rila.borovets) in his/her post.
- One person is allowed to take part to the Game only once.
- The winners’ names will be drawn randomly and published on Instagram between April 29th and May 2nd. The draw will take place for the respective awards.
- The awards in the Game are 3 /three/:
- free 2-overnights stay in the Rila hotel, Borovets in summer 2024.
- free 1-overnight stay in the Rila hotel, Borovets in summer 2024.
- free lunch or dinner at The Terrace Lounge restaurant in the Rila hotel, Borovets during summer 2024.
- All awards can be used by the person only who made the reservation and the accompanying persons under same reservation and is not transferrable.
- Additional conditions shall apply to the use of all three awards as follows:
- free 2-overnights stay in the Rila hotel, Borovets in summer 2024 – is valid for up to two adults and one child accommodated in one room.
- free 1-overnight stay in the Rila hotel, Borovets in summer 2024 – is valid for two adults and one child accommodated in one room.
- one-off free lunch or dinner – for all the guests under the reservation during their stay. To be used in The Terrace Lounge restaurant in the Rila hotel, Borovets during summer 2024.
- All prize winners shall contact the Reservation department at phone number: 00359 750 900 05 or email: rila@rilaborovets.com to settle the details relating to how the prize will be used.
- Any actions by the participants to the Game aiming at increasing the probability of winning a prize by using means and techniques different and/or contravening the ones set in the present rules are forbidden. Should there be evidence of actions which aim at or may result in manipulating the results of the prize distribution, the Organizer shall have the right to disqualify the respective participant or participants and to cancel their right to receive the prize that was won by such means.
- Should there be any violation or misuse of the rules or in case of Force Majeure the Organizer shall have the right to call off the Game at any time by making this fact public in accordance with the provisions of the present rules.
- By taking part to the Game all participants give their informed consent to the Organizer to process their personal data under art.1 for the purposes of the Game and the prize awarding. The Organizer shall delete all personal data provided under art.1 in a reasonable time period after the Game end. The Organizer has guaranteed all necessary technical and organization measures for personal data safekeeping and shall abide by all legal requirements under the applicable legislation for personal data protection.
- It shall be understood that by registering to the Game all participants give their express consent to provide the Organizer with the respective personal data. After the end of the Game and the prize awarding the personal data for all participants shall be deleted and destroyed in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
- Any potential controversy between the Organizer and the participants to the Game shall be settled by mutual agreement; should there be no way to reach agreement the dispute shall be settled by the competent courts in the R.Bulgaria.
- Organizer’s employees are not allowed to participate to the Game.
